Questioned the support by chat and ticket (mail) They answered quickly and accurate! Nice panel for backups etc...etc.. Till know...Excelent service! In that time, I've only had one technical issue: the VPS was running but I was unable to access it. After submitting a support ticket, it took about 4 hours for their support team to correct.
