Please give us the ticket id so that ur ticket is answered asap and not in 24 hrs, it is not about the ticket id, it is about the authenticity of the issue and the comment

yes cheap but very UNRELIABLE. it has been 5 hours that my forex vps is offline and i cant login. and live chat is offline too. and this offline situation is ALWAYS occurring..

4x hosting guys please stop defaming UCVHOST to sell your products.

You can go on the website and click on the live chat, we are available 24/7.

We do not have to explain this to anybody whether we are available or not. Just check for yourself.

And there are lots of reasons for vps getting offline. If you install more applications than those that can be handled by the resources on your vps then it will definitely go off. Please check your cpu usage and then get back to us.

Also mention tran id or ticket id to be brief

lol. i am not a 4x hosting guy. im one of your customers.

after 5 more hours. live chat is now online. see below,. i will update once my vps is back online.



live chat is not 24/7, in my case for the last 10 hours its says 'offline' or sometimes 'be back shortly' so i left a message with support ticket MKR-791164. which is still unanswered.

i only left 2 mt4 installations running on my vps. 1 has one chart open with no EA, and the other 1 has three charts open, all with EA's. i will post a screenshot when i can login.

i am now able to login into my vps. thanks to live chat. which is finally online.

see below a screenshot of my vps. does it looks like im over using the resources? cpu usage 5% too much to handle? please see below for the other resources.

yes you explained our point only that live chat is available. You have just pasted the chat and that we fix issues on chat there and then only and that you do not have to wait for a response.

And now after clearing your server resources then you put your screenshot here is not fair.

You yourself have pasted the chat that you had issue in your server and that we fixed it there and then. So what more can anyone expect from a hosting company.

And we hope your server works fine now. Buying a server doesnt mean that it will never have any issue, it can be due to resources or any other application that is blocking your server performance,,,so fixing it immediately is the right path and we follow that. And you yourself have pasted the chat to prove it. While you read this message please click on live chat again to see if we are available or not. Click on a saturday and on a sunday too. You will get the answer whether we are available or not.

yes live chat is available AFTER 10HOURS of me constantly refreshing your website to check if it is online.

those are the only things that were running last time i checked before my vps offline issue occurred. what is unfair is you claim live chat is online 24/7 which is not.

yes, thats the point of having a live chat support but i have to wait 10hours for it to be online. i wish i did a screenshot showing that it was offline at that time just to prove it. maybe you can check who was on duty during those hours and do the proper course of action.

it is saturday 9am my local time. i got the answer. live chat is NOT 24/7.

it is 24/7, you must have logged in when there is a change of shift as out executives have a 9 hour shift each.

Our shift changes 6 am local time in the morning. Probably when there is a time lag of 15 mins between every shift then you must have logged on.

I would like to tel you, our shift changes
 

local time

6 am , then 9 pm

Then there is always a time lag of 15 mins
