What If I Create Free Performance Fee PAMM/MAM For All?

I just have an idea, sometimes performance fee at PAMM/MAM services is become one of consideration thing for client before join in.
Some people think that commonly average 30% performance fee charge by PAMM trader iis too high and some people think its fair enough.
What if i create some brand new PAMM/MAM with idea of performance fee is freely determine by the clients??
So, every clients are free to fill at agreement documents how much performance fee they want to pay (even 0% fee is accepted) to the trader for the hard job making profit for them.
I just curious how many attracted people will be interested
What do you think about that??

So how will you profit from this? I use a lot of freeware that is subject to a donation, personally I never donate, and I don't know of anyone that does. But, maybe it is just me..Maybe others will donate..

Good work deserves reward. What i like with donation freeware is that you can give what you think it values. If you think a bit... If no one donates no one would do freeware. In other word, if you can access to those freeware is because other people donate. Next time you like a freeware, please donate, and I can ensure you will feel better about yourself. There is nothing better than participate to the mankind evolution, even if its a few dollars/euro

In my case performance fee is 20% if investor joins in my pamm .
But If I work with investor's account outside the pamm, fee is 30% because costs are bigger to ensure high-quality execution and profit.

It's not about donation.
As i wrote, performance fee is freely determine by clients, so the profit for traders will depends on their clients own will

Won't work. The principle's been tried on software. Majority of people don't pay.

You run the risk of legal fees if there is a loss, maybe even covering someone elses loss if your paperwork is not in order. Everybody wants to participate in the profit, but no one wants to participate in a loss. So you have to budget and save for unexpected expenses like that (or a CHF type event), it's not just the fee that comes in. To do this correctly you have to build a rather large finincial buffer. So you have to earn.

You'd be much better off offering a month or three free management trial and then charge to continue. Even charge the first 3 months back.

@theHand we talked about PAMM service not Software Product, it totally different product and of course different principal

Just to make it clear, maybe better if i asked for polling/survey like these :

How much percentage you willing to pay for performance fee at PAMM :
a. 0%
b. 1% to 10%
c. 11% to 20%
d. 21% to 30%
If you are a serious investor interested on good PAMM, what option will be your answer??

Sounds like a great and honorable idea. Its kind of a bit like bandcamp and co where you can pay what you like for an album.
I myself would pay more when the monthly profit increase and pay less when the profit decrease.
Paying nothing for a service is of curse out of question. Just selfish/egoistic and greedy people would pay nothing for a good service.

no one works for a longt time for free / free itself is the biggest selling word in world / if u have come up with the idea like this that is basically because u need attention you want ppl to see how u perform and when ppl realizes your worth u will also charge them . that is jst my opinion on the question posted by the thread owner [What if i create some brand new PAMM/MAM with idea of performance fee is freely determine by the clients??}

you misunderstood, Free i mean here is Freedom for clients to determine performance fee by their own will, NOT by trader...
even the client put 0% as performance fee the trader MUST ACCEPT and take that consequence as agreement already clear bind by LPOA documents (but i doubt that investors does exist 😁
and about performance, thats why performance better than selling words.
Yes ofcourse investors will always analyse for traders performance before start to invest, what a silly act if investing funds without analyse performance first, and its already common..

Even now it just an idea, i seriously build this kind of PAMM in my next project, that's why i want to hear opinions will be bad or good, nice response or not, before step further

For small investor like me need lowest signal price or lowest performance fee to taste profit while big investors don't concern about fee because they already earn well with their profit from big funds

That's the reason i have an idea to create PAMM with unique services which clients have freedom to fill whatever they want performance fee will be
About mql5 price yes i raise it with some reason, mql5 is not fair enough for me, my signal crawling for more higher rate reached from page 80 to page 15 in 14 weeks, but suddenly they put my signal rate at page 44 even my performance consistenly good making profit, they did this many times maybe because i promote my wise invest MAM service at my signal page more than their signal service😀... so i decided to close profit collectors signal soon, unfortunately i don't know how to contact my clients as mql5 close possibility for trader knowing their subscribers especially their contact. The only way to know my clients is by doing act that can bring reaction from my clients, that's why i raise the price and as i predicted some clients contacted me and they decided to continue with PAMM, some clients never contacted and just disappear 😞 and now only 6 clients left there😀
PAMM is better than signal because trader only earn only if clients got profit, no need to bother thinking about signal fee and pay for VPS service, the fee for PAMM cut from profit that collected by traders anyway😁

Already any ideas about what broker you want to select, what trading strategy you want to follow, if you want to trade automatic, manual or mixed and what kind of money management strategy you follow?

And how you want to realize that the investor can chose how much commission the trader gets?

I will use my already exist broker solidarymarkets.com good for scalper fast execution.
Using scalping strategy, collecting profit from any market trend situation with manual trading but DD will be controlled automatically by EA

Low risk trading using well calculated lot size with max DD around 20%, target for profit will gain minimum 8% to 30% depends on market situation
about commision/performance fee for the trader? this is the unique service will be, Clients have freedom to determine the performance fee by their own will !! no feeling forced anymore
how much will trader get than?? please, have no worries about what will i get because i will trade also with my own money, the most important is we grew our money together and no one feeling forced about perfornance fee because they have freedom to put any percentage amount they wish to pay. with this system all will be happy right?? i will trade just like no body follow me and peace in mind focus to collect profit for all, so yes i'm happy helping others😄

Call it trading for charity.. not going to get you anywhere. If you have a good System and People want to make Profit from your work, they have to pay. It's like any other buisness.
