MT5 trading simulator

Anybody with 'cojones' enough to port this simulator to MT5. I am able to change some code and get things done on MT4 but this thing here is beyond my expertise.

It seems that MT5 has better historical data and this simulator is very good so it would be nice to have it. Well sooner or later somebody will do it.

just a heads up, and i am sure that youu havee the common sense not to do this, but when yyouu share youurr ea's ....
peoplee grab them up and then masss market them on ebay or otheerr ssismilar placess... this diluutes drramataiccallyy thhat whwich youu may or may nnot havee. it is abolutley short sisghted for youu t o puublish freely any workingn bot ccodeee. think a about it. whoopsie daisie, too latee now... it is alreadyy reeleased, youu ccann probablby find it onn eebay oro ccraigslisist. just a heads uup, these trading personalities aree 100% dogs with no ethics, period. they will put thee screws to you quuicccker thhann you ccan bblink. i know from eexpereiencce. the majority of these trader types will pimp out their own mothers for two bucks. happy tradingg. <b>positiion in progress. balance: 2297 marginused: 460 profit: -35 targetprofit: 150 +/-</b> n/a |

Thanks for the 'tip' Zero but did you ever go to MQ4 page? Did you ever notice the literally 'thousands' of EAs , indicators etc over there?
If somebody wants to sell something on ebay ( and I believe they do) they don't need my silly code  When i was talking about historical data I was referring to the fact that MT5 has 1 minute data back to 1973. The data starts to get good by June 1989 but still! This is a technical annalist's paradise. I use FXpro for charting and their 1 min data goes back only to April 2011. Forex or bust! |

Hey Zero I did what you explained but no changes here on my FXpro still capped at April 2011. I tryed to download data directly from meta quotes before but ended up with some weird gaps all over.
Tigpips you are right the data on MT5 is inconsistent some parts it seems ok others don't look good at all. Forex or bust! |
