Ken, thanks for your lesson. I just couldn't get it profitable as you. upset me

if i may , from my experience ken's strategy works best in M1 i don't use the 12 pip sl , i just close my trade when the stochastic cross i have an average of 80% success , the result in M5 are not that good , M15 and up are losses !

i also put his strategy in an EA , the result are good but not as good ans manual trading , i'm not that good at programming EAs i guess tongue

Thanks for your kindly advice. At least your EA works and be profitable. Do you wait for the cross in overbought and oversold area or just anywhere in M1?

I also looked into FAPTURBO, I think they are using same or similar system. My problem is the trend just keeps going when a cross appears in overbought/oversold area and then hits the sl. More effort needed to find signal accurately. sad]

when you get the cross in 1min, Let's say it is a short play, check your 5 & 15min charts, if the Stoch is still peg'ed at the bottom the down trend may continue (may/not will) so wait till Stoch is obove 20 live before a buy, or just wait for another trade.

Most ea's place the trade at the beginning of the next bar, If you can program it to place the trade when it happens you might get better results.

Good luck guys

Tommy Yao,

If I might add something to your comment in this great thread, look for the formation of divergence on the Stochastic Oscillator whether it be bullish or bearish regular divergence. This will get you the winner you are looking for, as you learn Ken's great system ;)

Thank you FX
I didn't want to go into the diverence aspect of the trade on top of just getting everyone to learn and practice the basics.
I was hopeing durning practice they would pick that up. I guess you have already picked that part up, Well Done.
I see your going slow and steady in your trading, Nice job.

Thank you both Ken and Trendworks. I will have to do more practice and get more understanding of turning pt of stoch.

grinThanks for sharing.

Hi All,

I think I get the base of the strategy, but the information is really distributed throughout several posts. Can someone take a screenshot of a trade and give a step-by-step definition of what he does:
1) Entry
2) Stop Loss, Take Profit
3) Trade Management
4) Exit

And as I'm a visual person really please take a screenshot.

Really appreciated.

In return I can create a Trade Station indicator for you so that you can scan the Currency Pairs on the dashboard for the entry signal. Free of charge and with good description.

Regards,
Tamas

A short trade-- Notice how the blue (trigger) line crossed on both Stoch, and I waited until the blue also crossed on the Macd.
Hope this helps.

Nice, but it is a M1 chart and you did not wait for the 5,3,3 stoch crosses in the 80 field, instead, you used the 8,5,5 stoch?roll
