The Bollinger band is a very powerful indicator if used properly. Question is can you use this powerful indicator to make mind blowing profits from forex like I do on a daily basis?

In my next post I'll demostrate how you can spot price reversal patterns effectively.

How to Spot a Bullish Reversal:

- Wait for price to touch lower Bollinger band + make new low on Bar.

- Candle must be a Bull at close ie Candle must close above its Open

- Candle Close must be below 18 Moving average

***Go long on next Bar

- Place stop at low of previous Bar

- Target is the difference b/w open and close of the previous Bar

Do you know that Four consecutive Bull Candles might be a sign of an Upward trend?

Four consecutive bears might be signs of a Downward Trend as well.

In Summary, The 4 consecutive Bar method is very useful for trend direction confirmation especially for those Traders who look to ride trends.
