I have good results with IBFX and they arent ECN or STP but marketmakers. My trade times are good on my private VPS at 450ms avg or so. They are easy to setup. I use the camera on my apple 4 cell phone and send them large clear photos of the documents. Turn arround for approval of a new account is fast when you email the docoument copies is around 18 hrs or less.
