How to add my MT4 accounts here?

Hello i tried adding my Mt4 account here but i am not getting any data here on the screen. it says no history can be found and if this page is displayed more than 60 secs contact us.

i am unable to tag my demo account to myfxbook.please assist.by showing the steps to add the account.The above mentioned link i have followed but when i click tools->optons-> i am not getting an option called publisher.after which when i type the server name it is giving me an error.

Is it possible to add an account back to myfxbooks after it has been deleted. My attaching a the ea back to the same account an activate the EA again.?
