I sent second request on 22 Dec 2015 ($525) They have started the operation by taking the money from my account on 23 Dec 2015. I've called agin and they said 'You will have the money tomorrow(24 Dec 2015). It is ok' But they also did not send this money.

My $1007 wtihdrawal request and $821 remaining balance will not be sent to me I think.

They sent the second part $525. When I'll see the first part $482 on my credit card, I'll write it too.

FXDD sent all the Money. For now, there is not any problem. As I promissed, I'm writing to here. Yes, FXDD sent the Money. It is ok!

I have been with fxdd since 2005. Maybe it is time to move...
I am not impressed with the frequent requotes and increasing spread during market hours, even for micro lot size like 0.01 lot.
Deposit fund into FXDD via credit card is fast within 8 - 24 hours.
Iam looking for broker with better spread to do scalping trades.
Also, it takes one hour to update closed trades in the Account History report. Making me wonder where all these electrons have to travel before they come to their home !!! Scary because the order just disappeared from my account. I had to take screen shot just to keep the record which I should not have to do. I need to concentrate on trading & strategies !
I heard they have dealing desk ! Can someone confirm this fact ?
Mirror Trader (Tradency.com is same company) service that is promoted on FXDD is questionable. I deposited 3 times over 2 years, trying different approaches to make use of the 300+ EAs in their system. No good ! Demo account is good until you put your money in their account. Real trades donot follow the description of EA & I had problem accessing the account during market active period. I think someone controls the mouse over there not the EAs.

then tell me paypal fail to pay me,

11 June, send request withdraw email.
one email wait at least a week!

22 June, email reply,Then Tell me My Bank AC is Closed,
After My Check, they are type mistake my Bank AC no!
So them one Email need wait a week then reply!

May be as you will charge me $20..

I world like to say thank Fxdd At ALL.
Then I will not to easy to sure one broker really really good!

When i closed my account and ask for a withdraw, 20$ have been lost in the nature.
It's not fxdd, and it's not my bank (the last one i'm sure)...

FXDD's servers are strong enough and their customer service is very good. But spread is not low enough, so FXDD is not suitable for scalping EAs.
If you trade on FXDD, I storongry recomend that you use a spread cashback service.

Definitely spreads are not their strongest point

the fxdd chart are reliable (my point of view) 😄
i often compare all other broker price movement with fxdd as a standard comparison..
