Cent account for trading shares and energies (oil)?

Hello,
is there any cent type of the account which allows trading shares (Google, Yahoo, Total...) and energies (oil), prefferably also metals (gold)?
For example when i am with FXPro $200 balance and open BUY trade on #Volkswagen chart, i can be -€7 (15 points spread, minimum 10 shares, tick is 0.05)
I simply want to buy oil and volkswagen share and keep the position open for many years and be able to survive if price drop by lets say 70%.
What account do You recommend? if i would like to trade with $1000-3000 balance?
