You can refer to this list mention on babypips (https://forums.babypips.com/forex-brokers/36221-going-offshore-escape-cftc.html ) to find the brokers that accept US clients.

Yes, tallinex has stopped accepting US clients in fact they sold their US clients Capital City Markets (CCM). And indeed this babypips link is very useful, you will come across very good offshore brokers having good reviews and offering trading conditions suitable to your trading styles.

Hi,

I've moved to USA couple of months ago and hope will stay here for a long term.

I wish to trade on Forex and as I know there are som especial regulations regarding US residents trading on Forex, so which broker should I look at, or maybe there is some good topic regarding Forex Trading for US residents that I ought to read?

Thanks for your help in advance, have Happy New Year!

P.S. Are here any traders from USA? :)

US brokers sucks
If you moved to US why dont you use your previous country to find proper broekr

I have the same problem. As a foreigner living in the US, I’m trying to figure it out if I can open an account with a broker that usually does not accept US residents.
Before doing that it’s important to find out how I’m supposed to pay tax on both countries.
I’m trying to find a professional who could answer some of my questions.
Does anyone know someone??

There are not many good offshore brokers that accept clients from literally everywhere.

Yea offshore brokers are a good choice as long as they are regulated.

I agree, regulations are there for our own good. I have been using 2 offshore (regulated ofcourse) brokers for a year now, quite satisfied with their trader-friendly policies. I have been referring them to all my friends, fxview and swissquote.
