No longer registered in New Zealand under Forex Brokerage.
Forex Peace Army reviews about withdrawal issues.
I spent several hours compiling the facts here over a year ago - https://redrhinofx.com/3tg-fx-broker/
There's more, but I need some time.

Good catch. There are couple systems here on MFB performing well under this brokerage. Guess what - you can use their systems only on that brokerage...

Consensus:
A leave would equate to a lot more volatility.
leave - USD/XXX down, GBP/XXX up, EUR/XXX down (but not as much movement).
remain - USD/XXX up, GBP/XXX down, EUR/XXX up (but not as much movement).
Pick your poison or stay out of these pairs.
Edit: sorry, wrong thread.

For every loss there should be at least an equal and opposite profit.

Some FX brokerages are opened solely for the purpose of selling software or managing accounts with no desire to compete with real Regulated Brokers.

If I missed some accounts or company names, please list them here.
i think the losses were more than that.
during 2012-2014. i can't recall perfectofx was managing more than 300m or smth.
The brexit calamity was the perfect trigger for them to execute heavy losses for the retail traders, and who knows, the money has never been made into the market in the 1st place.
It was supposed to be stop out level 50%.
the dd went into 80% or more.
the 3 managed program uses same trading software.

thanks for the warning Frank, I see you issues warning back in 2015. Your blog really is a must to follow to keep up with all the scams. well done. I don't trust any NZ regulated brokers except FXPIG. I never considered using that brokerage, but I did consider some of those systems, I remember RHO, Perfecto, and the MEIR Signal. Who knew they were all part of the same elaborate scam. I hope the wider financial forex press can cover this scam, like forexmagnates.com or leaprate.com or both. Would be worth letting them know about it for them to do a story to warn others.

Scary thing is their website still states registered with NZ in small print down bottom, giving false sense of protection. https://www.3tgbrokers.com/

This is the full list of all the dodgy firms removed from the register in NZ last year. One must remember that many NZ brokers claim they are registered in NZ etc, but this is not the same as being licensed in NZ. Anyone can set up a company in NZ easily and register with a dispute resolution scheme then register as a forex broker firm. https://www.interest.co.nz/news/75581/financial-markets-authority-boots-23-overseas-entities-financial-services-providers

Found some more info the signal providers are blaming bugs in their code and taking full responsibility, but clients won't get their funds back just what's left after the huge drawdowns. https://www.bestcurrencytrader.com/en/blog/collapse-of-3tgbrokers-anmaric-5gulden-and-perfectofx-losses/9 I hope they are investigated for fraud.

I've noticed from my original blog post that PerfectoFX domain was created before the broker was created.

'Only PerfectoFx sent out a newsletter about the losses and about a possible sollution. 5Gulden and Anmaric said nothing as if nothing had happened.' - https://www.bestcurrencytrader.com/en/blog/collapse-of-3tgbrokers-anmaric-5gulden-and-perfectofx-losses/9
The fact that Perfectofx is directing blame on the Account managers( themselves), is a clear sign of incompetence , mere cover-up and supports the whole Ponzi scheme.
'We are expecting clear answers from account managers and details about possibly faults in current situation - PerfectoFx'
3TG last response.
'After careful deliberation the management of 3TG Brokers decided to cease all operations as under the current conditions the company can not continue its operation in an economical way. Along with the termination of the trading service, the company has decided to transfer all client funds to a custodian account from which all clients can receive their funds in a safe and transparent way currently held with the company. The repayment process involves several hundred transactions, therefore we would like to ask your patience.'

Anyone who lost money should contact the Banks that held the segregated client funds to ask that a STOP be put on the accounts pending criminal investigation if the broker owners haven't already withdrawn the funds to another bank already. Interpol financial crimes division should be contacted. $60 million fraud is a lot of money.

@aeronthomas , thank you for giving solid advice. I personally wouldn't know what to do. I lost money with RVDmarkets bankruptcy and I never attempted to collect it back. It was a small amount and worth the experience/lesson learned.

The same company has a branch or an affiliate in Hungary called 5Gulden Corporation. The Hungarian National MNB recently issued a warning about them for not being registered and authorized to trade in the country. (https://smnweekly.com/2016/07/26/hungarys-mnb-warns-forex-broker-5gulden-corporation/). Hungary’s central bank conducted a market surveillance procedure and established that the two companies managed $6.3 million worth of client funds on a multiple-account-manager (MAM) account and warns investors not to do business with unauthorized firms.
