There are many cryptocurrency exchangers available in the market but we should select one of them after some research because some of them may be scam you.

There are several ways to trade bitcoin:
-Envoicing electronic money through special exchange systems, so-called exchangers;
-Withdrawal through special exchangers.
Each method has its disadvantages and advantages, and everything depends on the purpose. All sites and the name of e-wallets you can find on the network. The main thing is to remember that each cryptocurrency need its own e-wallet.

As far as I'm concerned, each cryptocurrency needs its own, separate e-wallet. So the easiest way to solve your problem is to google the e-wallets for that cryptocurrency you need and choose one by user feedback. Good luck to you!
