The rules of trading are that from impatient traders to patient traders will make money.

@AliaDare Yes being impatient is not good for trading. We need to have patience. A trader has to wait for the perfect set up. You just can't jump out into the market.

There is a quote in trading that the market is a converter that reaches the impatient to a patient to the people.

The strategy depend on the trading time. If there is high volatility then I use trend following strategies. If volatility is low then I use ranging strategies
