Demo account provides a risk free environment where traders are not afraid to take chances. Even if you lose in demo account, you will not have to face the feeling of losing actual money. When you lose real money, that can hit you quite strongly, as you will realize that this is not a game. Your actual money that you worked for and earned is gone.
Demo accounts won't prepare you for loses. Only live account can prepare you for that.

With demo, you just know that the monetary aspect when trading is not real, so you are not mentally affected when you made some losses, that's why it is easier to trade in demo.
Yea, you are just not scared of losing money while trading in demo, so that can be one of the reason why demo trading is too easy, as compared to live trading.

@skihav Yes demo is to understand the market mechanism before trading in live market. Demo is also useful for testing our strategy and updating our strategy.

There are numerous factors which make demo trading easy;

1. Risk free: You can freely trade on the demo account without fearing to loose your deposit.
2. Learning platform: You can learn how to trade on the demo account as it is generally the replica of the live trading platform. Thus you get a better idea of what is going on in the market as it is clearly discounted on the demo charts as well.
3. Building and testing strategies: The demo set up works as a testing platform for your ea's, robots, strategies etc.

In short demo trading is easier when you are trading with a genuine broker (like Fxview, HYCM, Hotforex etc) who do not manupulate the prices and fetch similar price feeds and spreads on both demo and live accounts.
Thanks for the answer. Found my answers.

Of course, demo trading is a much easier process. Emotions don't usually work here. That's why I go to constant profit. So demo trading is much easier.

Demo trading seems easy because we trade with virtual money and do not trade with proper risk management. In live trading, emotions also play a critical role in our trading decisions. Traders neglect both of these in live trading.

In demo there is no psychological pressure of winning or losing a trade. In live trading, we get moved by our emotions like fear and greed. But in demo such emotions do not exist.
