This post is from 2013, so I'm sure the OP found a broker by now, lol. However, I do see some good names in this thread if anyone came here looking themselves.

Random opening of a trade won’t give you any profit but comprehending the market condition will. Market condition won’t go well all the time.

From my experience with the brokers, I suggest FP Markets, It has been regulated since 2005 and its a trusted global CFD and Forex broker.

I prefer them because of the tight spreads and quick responding customer support team.

From my trading experience with several brokers in the past, I find FP Markets as a better broker because they have some of the lowest spreads starting from 0.0 pips and the slippage offered are lower.

Even I trade with FP Markets, the spreads are good, ranging from 0.1 to 0.3 pips, but I find their VPS can be improved by reducing the required conditions to obtain it for free.

I currently trade with an ECN pricing broker, FP Markets, that offers lower spreads (at 0.0 pips) and commissions at $6.

Their customer service is also prompt in replying and solving client issues.

I think

A good broker will offer a reliable forex trading platform, outstanding customer service, a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods, flexible leverage, and safety of funds.

Reliability is critical when selecting a forex broker. You want to be sure that your broker’s platform is stable and secure. You also want to be sure that your broker offers excellent customer service. If you have any problems or questions, you want to be able to reach someone who can help you solve them quickly and efficiently.

Deposit and withdrawal methods are another essential consideration. You want to be able to fund your account and withdraw your profits quickly and without any hidden fees. Some brokers offer a wider variety of methods than others, so it’s worth checking out what’s available before making your decision.

Leverage is another essential factor to consider when choosing a broker. Leverage allows you to increase your potential profits (or losses) by trading with more money than you have in your account. It’s essential to choose a broker that offers flexible leverage options so that you can trade according to your own risk tolerance.

The safety of funds is also an essential consideration when choosing a forex broker. You want to be sure that your money is safe and sound and that you won’t have any problems withdrawing it when you want to.

If you are interested in forex trading, participating in the 2023 BrokersView Forex Trading Summit · Dubai is a good choice.

I suggest FP Markets' raw ECN account, spreads are lower at 0.0 pips in EURUSD and 0.1 pips in other major pairs, the commissions are lower at $3 per lot when compared to other ECN brokers. Since ASIC regulates it, they adhere to strict capital requirements.

Anyone know of a FX broker that accept US citizens that has spreads and slippage comparable to EightCap or ICMarkets?

I recommend FP Markets, an ECN pricing broker with lower spreads (at 0.0 pips) and commissions starting at $6 per round lot.

Their customer service is also quick to respond to and resolve client issues.

What do you guys think of AAAFx?
Spreads are always low, plus amazing support. I had a chance to talk to Deepshika from the team, active and highly supportive. Client support is one important factor I think.

I had previously used AAAFx, a good broker, but the spreads were not as tight as they used to be, hence I moved to another broker, FP Markets, whose spreads dropped as low as 0.0 pips in EURUSD and the execution speed was faster at 30 ms.

I have been trading for two years and have come across many brokers. CMC and FP markets, in my opinion, are good because of proper regulation from top-tier entities such as ASIC.

The trading conditions are also solid, with quick response customer service, and FP Markets does offer educational materials for traders who are new to forex.

I chose a broker from Amarkets to work with, and it seems to me that I made the right choice. In terms of work, this is a fairly good option with favorable working conditions.
