I was checking ironfx, fxpro and liteforex offering a variety of options on MT4/MT5. Looking for recommendations that offer even more. Thanks.

Trade only major currency pairs. Don’t run after others. You will get maximum liquidity with them and you will be able to trade bigger volumes. USD as base currency tends to move faster and you will be able to trade comfortably. 30% of the forex market is only built on EUR / USD and so it’s the most liquid currency pair to trade.

I know only of fxpro out of your list. I used them for trading bitcoin in the past.

Just checked out ironfx, they are offering more than 80 currency pairs, how many more could you want?

You can look at IG or turnkeyforex for mt5, but if you are just going to trade forex then mt4 is also a wonderful platform.
Trading on the MT-4 platform is really very profitable and convenient, it is quite simple, in use and even a beginner can figure it out.

Sorry to say but there’s nothing “wonderful” about MT4. So many times my PC froze while scalping. I had to bid good riddance to it and start using MT5.
