High leverage is fine as long as one understands the risks. It then makes it possible to start trading with a smaller deposit with small leverage you have to make a much larger deposit in order to even trade 0.01Lot

I would suggest you open a demo account first and try out your strategy that would give you some idea about the trading patterns and price fluctuations

Yes. A demo is the best option to learn forex perfectly.

Money management is the integral part of forex trading. You have to do it. Do not use more than 2% of your capital to open trade.

High leverage is very risky. And low leverage is very useful to maintain money management.
