Oil trading, without SWAP, micro account possible?

Hello,
do You recommend any broker (whether it is worth the try) which allows SWAP free (or low SWAP?) trading of the oil with Cent type account? My aim is opening an long term BUY/long position with low acct. balance.

Here (https://www.forexfactory.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2094028&d=1481093383) are some brokers with 'no swap' but i have not calculated real fees involved in trading with them or whether they have cent accounts. And no one wants to share how to calculate loss (https://www.myfxbook.com/community/new-traders/how-calculate-how-much-/1325141,1) so i know whether i can afford to open trade.
