Hi Leo23, have you factoring the fees/commissions here? Looking at the duration of trades, most of the trades were closed within seconds, and only 4.5 pips expectancy. It would've eaten most of the profit.

No, there is no factoring or lot size increase or martingale stuff here. The pip expectancy is calculated in myfxbook after the spread and commissions were deducted.

Irrespective of the duration of majority of trades which are mostly closed just in break even, only those few trades which are hold for relatively long time gives a net profit. So now a days very tight entries are used with few number of trades to avoid a net loss in the account.

By replying to this comment, we want to update you and all other myfxbook users that we receive numerous emails to our support email everyday from clients showing interest in our product and services.

But we are not obliged to reply to all emails and also, we are not obliged to provide any service to anyone. That is completely our decision.

After we receive emails in our support email, our support carefully does risk analysis of each contact considering various aspects which we can't discuss publicly and after that if they decide to provide any service or deal with the client, then they reply to the email very quickly. If you have actually got the same EA 'Deep Neural Network EA V.2.6' from our support email, then you have to contact the same support email for any questions or customer support.

We don't provide any customer support here as well as don't allow anyone spamming our thread with continuous chatting or continuous posts in this thread. This thread is only for educational purpose to discuss the algo used in the EA and how to improve the algo.

If the EA has not placed any trades yet, then the only way to fix is by contacting them directly and they can only help to figure out the problem with your particular mt4 account or broker.
