Estimated 70% of the time the market is in range mode, not trending mode...

It is the same as:'The weather is good in 70% of the time' ... but where and what exactly is good weather ... it is too relatively for major conclusions.

Is this the same ea you trade at zulutrade under the name FXCOMBO ? I see some differences in the accounts... Do you close some positions manualy? The buy position at 1.39221 has already closed with a +52 pips profit at zulu account.. whereas still open at fxbook..

thanks
Nick

Yes, it is the same EA, but the exits are by human estimation in some cases.

It is 90 % the same as trading logic, but the settings are optimized for GBPUSD. The GBPUSD version is a free update for all our clients.

Can we put EURUSD and GBPUSD FCS under same account? Will it increase the risk of account?

Yes, you can. Of course it will be reasonable to reduce the risk. As example, on this account the risk is reduced from 5 to 3 percents per single trade.

Best regards!

Ksnikos2000 That is due to the default trailing is so high. I strongly recommended the following to be fixed as soon as possible in next release.
1) Reasonable trailing stop
2) I facing few times that whenever I restart my MT4 during market time (weekdays), immediate the EA placed an order and often the order will end up in losses. I am not sure what is going on, and I hope a delay can be planted so the EA can read and analyze fully before it places any order.

i don't know if this is the case - strategy 2 - has min pips trailling 20 and max 200 so when GBPUSD gained about 100 pips it should be trail a portion of them.......left 100 pips gain gone to 0 gain its not good at all....😕

It is impossible to predict the optimal trailing for every market situation. The default trailing is statistically the best in 12 years simulation. Because many our customers dose not like it, there is an optional exponential trailing in the 2.42 version - Use_Exp_Trailing_II = true. The value of the Exp_Trail_Factor_II can be changed as you decide.

FXautomater, could you explain more on Use_Exp_Trailing_II and Exp_Trail_Factor_II?
Default is false, and 1.5

FXautomater, just another update to you.
Today I got my MT4 crashed, once I restarted, it immediate made an order using the third (3) strategy.
I had been noticed that my previous experience also in third (3) strategy.
If you don't get what I mean, I am highlighting that I having problem that whenever I restart my meta trader, and FCS was loaded, it will immediate open an order (comment: ***3***) and always end up in loss.
It seems a glitch.

Hello Vincent,

Would you please check the size of your FCS242.dll file! The latest version is about 80 kb and it is available in your download page more then 3 months. This crashes are characteristic for the old version of the FCS242.dll.

In future issues or just doubts, you can use our support ticket system. You will get a response quickly.

Best regards!

I think it is a great EA, well ir seems to work. But what I am going to say is wouldn`t it be logical for the SL and TP be diferent depending on market volatility(for example defined by ATR) So it would work even better. It works now as ir is, but just it would be much more adaptive and sensitive. Can you you comment on this FX automater please?

@ FXautomater

Why doesnt the account update in real time?

You have nothing to hide, its one of the very few reasonable commercial EAs of the industry !
