i removed FE from my charts .
i think they shall keep get fees every 3 months from my visa card .
what shall i do to cancel fees or to forbid them ?
i noticed that FE team dont reply those days .

If you are paying via Paypal, you can cancel by logging into your Paypal account.
Personally, I wouldn't cancel if I were you though - just run it without the short cycle pairs, and you will still achieve good returns with much less risk. How long have you been using FE for?

i have been using FE since 5 months ..
many times the FE clothed basket for minus ..
i sent to the team many times without any response .
i lost part of my capital .. about 10%
how can i prevent the FE from closing minus profit trades ..
i want FE to close only positive profit trades .. how can i be sure of that ?

I had the issue with the V2 and a very slow broker. V3 I do not have the problem there is an integrated negative basket protection. (just 1 bug in audusd, which was solved)
are you using the v3?
what is the exeuction speed of your account? (you can see how many times FE takes to move the TP of a trade by monitoring the MT4 activity)
also, monitor your account using the indicator: https://umeku.com/fx/basketExposure/
and you can manually move the TP of the trades
Well, sometimes it does close baskets for a small loss, but not frequently from my experiences. Are you running both short and long cycle pairs, and are you using set files provided by the Firex Envy team?

the speed is ok but there is something wrong and i asked the bad envy team many time .. they are very bad indeed .

stop using FE would be the best solution. and PM me for a better one.
well... I restart my account last week, capital lower than the recommendation for the moment. I allready got 100% of profit
TotalGrid gives me less than 50% (DD 3 times higher)
when I got my first MC with FE in february I got 100% of profit in march and recover everything in less than 4months to reach 400% of profit in august!
in 6 months... from 1 MC (so 20% of my capital in the account) up to 400% of profit of the initial capital...
so yes, FE rocks.
and yes its a risky EA.

Wow, Willgard, not sure what your setting is, you are doing so well, I don't do as well as you, Recently, it is real good week for Forex Envy power 3, I have 2 accounts running them, They make the most profits ever with very low DD for me, I splited them from 2 accounts back to 3 accounts and it looks like than they can make enough money for next 1 week and I will split them into 4 accounts.
I am also running Totalgrid as well, I am running them with small money account where Forex Envy not safe to run, it does higher DD but one account return 50% in 3 weeks and one account return 33% in 1 1/2 week, I find that newer Totalgrid is over-freezing trades too much and it causes some problem in profits as well as high DD, not really sure how to balance of freeze it or un-freeze it.
For now, Forex Envy is better than Totalgrid.

Regarding to your negative baskets/double trades problem, I might be wrong, I find that it might be related to your broker and their MT4 terminal and Datafeeding method or broken internet connection, It is easier to switch to other broker to avoid this problem. I had this problem and it blew up one of my account 2 1/2 weeks ago.
Which broker are you using?
