We need few more days before we resume trading in high risk accounts. Because there is no 100% guarantee in forex trading and anything can happen. Hence, we don't want to jump in directly in all accounts since the high risk accounts can make aggressive profits as well as make aggressive losses and they have already lost quite a big amount last time and we don't want this happen again shortly.
So after few more days of testing and seeing the results of conservative settings, we will start trading in high risk accounts. May be by end of this week or next week we will resume high risk accounts.

So far the conservative settings for our algo 'Final Holy Grail' is running okay. The trades per day are relatively less, however, even during very low liquid markets it is still able to manage itself and generate some profit or closing in breakeven.
So we want to update all our fund management clients that we may resume the trading in the high risk accounts either from Thursday this week or from Tuesday next week. We are doing some upgrades in our servers running the mt4 accounts and hence, we have to see whether we will resume trading in the additional high risk accounts this week or next week depending on the situations.

We want to update all that we have stopped accepting any new clients for fund management. However, the trading will be continued normal for our existing clients.
Since the main reason for our algo 'Final Holy Grail' was for fund management and we have stopped accepting new clients and hence, we didn't find any reason to make the live accounts public . So we have made all live accounts for 'Final Holy Grail' private.
Also, by keeping the live accounts public and offering fund management service, we noticed that it is just bringing additional risk to our algo and there are users already trying to imitate our algo and trying to duplicate the results. Also, we are receiving unnecessary and irrelevant emails from users having no market experience at all which we don't have time to deal with.
So from now on we will continue to trade in our own accounts as well as continue to trade our existing fund management clients. However, the EA sales might be continued for some more time until we decide to stop the sales.
We may start offering the service again in future if we decide to do so.

Excuse me for being a newbie, the drawdown is showing maximum around 6%, is that too high? From the other systems Ive used, they constantly float in drawdown way higher than 6%.
Or are there some numbers I am not seeing in the stats which make it significantly higher than 6?

So there is no specific % drawdown as high or low. For someone even if 1% DD may be very high if he is trading with a few million dollar account balance where as someone else might allow 50% or 80% DD in his account balance if he is trading with few hundred dollars and getting excellent returns out that. Because the lower the maximum DD is lower will be the monthly % return.
By the way, myfxbook doesn't show the actual floating DD and technically it can't show the actual floating DD and hence, myfxbook floating DD is of no use in considering the floating DD.

We want to update our existing fund management clients that we are resuming trading for high risk accounts from Monday instead of Tuesday.
However, since there was a major loss last time and hence, until the recovery of the loss doesn't happen we will continue to use relatively lower risk % per trade as compared to actual risk % per trade and after the complete recovery of loss happens, we will restore it back to actual high risk.

We are planning to apply few updates to the EA in coming weeks. We may add few additional parameters to integrate partial martingale to the EA along with equity protection to the EA to force close trades upon a certain loss.
So this martingale is not going to blow out the account, rather it will increase the lot sizes upto a certain DD % level and if it reaches that level, then it will force close all trades and reset the lot sizes.
We hope it will help a lot for traders who are using the EA directly in live accounts, because the EA gives a very high win % and hence, martingale can really help to quickly recover small losses.
The updates might come after few weeks of testing since we need to thoroughly test the best combination of martingale settings which can be used in any account balance.

Hi, I have some questions:
1) have you tested that this ea is equally effective on other brokers besides the one you present it with?
2) what is the minimum deposit so that your ea works in an optimal way?
3) Is it configurable by the user?
4) Can it be moved from one broker to another in case I want to do it?
5) Do you provide after-sales assistance?
6) What other forms of investment do you offer?
Thanks

Now, we don't offer any other form of investment.
However, we used to provide fund management service which is temporarily closed since we have more than enough number of clients now, but we may decide to open it for sometime in near future.
Thanks

Important Update for all our EA user:
----------------------------------------------------
Today we had to do an immediate update for our EA since we figured out a minor bug in our EA logic which can affect the trading during specific scenarios and market conditions.
Basically, during very low liquid markets the EA can repeatedly enter and exit trades frequently placing a large number of trades. However, this doesn't happen always and happens only during very specific market conditions. Also, it doesn't happen in all accounts or brokers.
Unfortunately ,it is almost impossible to figure out everything without thoroughly testing the EA for long periods of times in live accounts of different brokers and hence, we somehow missed this bug, because algo itself is highly sophisticated and hence, it is usually difficult to figure out such minor bugs. But now it has been fixed.
This usually happens mostly only in live accounts with good spread when the EA closes trades in small profits quickly and immediately enters another trade. So the only solution to tackle such a scenario is to give a pause of few hours till the markets resume to normal conditions.
However, the previous logic of pause was not sufficient to tackle this scenario and hence, we have added a new logic to apply the pause for all closed trades.
The update should happen automatically within next 1 month for all EA users. If it doesn't happen in your mt4 terminal due to any technical difficulties, then you need to contact our support to get the new download link for the EA in order to download and install the updated version of our EA.
Note::If you are using the new version, then you don't have to use any set file since all the best settings are already applied to the new version by default. Make sure to check the settings if the EA is using the pause between trades or not.

Hello Leo23,
Thanks for the update. It's installed already but I have a question.
In the settings I see starting and ending hour is 1-6 hours. Are these hours valid for the European timezone (Netherlands) or has it to be changed manually for my timezone?
Regards,
Jaap

These times are set considering the broker server GMT offset as GMT+2 or GMT+3 which is used by most of the forex brokers so that the EA will trade only during early hours of the day. So you need to ask your broker what is their GMT offset and accordingly you can set the times. Or you can just see the time displayed on the mt4 chart and compare it with GMT time from internet and set the times accordingly.
One or two hours of mismatch is not going to make much difference and hence, you can just leave the default settings as it is. But if your broker GMT offset varies by 6 to 8 hours or 12 hour or more, then you have to adjust the settings manually.
For any future questions, contact our email support directly.

If anyone has purchased this EA could they please link the account so we can see how it works on a live account with a Tier one broker. Unfortunately a deamo account with FX Choice is completely meaningless.
