No, only brokers under european regulators. I already closed my accounts with brokers who will offer 1:30 leverage and moved to better places.

No i had contact with FXOpen they stay the same like IC Markets..

'Tickmill UK' change to 1:30, my main account are at Tickmill from Bahamas which did not came under ESMA stupid rules.
I also have accounts with FBS, JustForex , TurnkeyFX and Forex4you
