Fast withdrawals are really helpful because you have the real world estimate of how much you are gaining in hand.
I make sure that my brokers offer fast withdrawals so that I don’t have to wait for days to get what I have earned. It gets frustrating with time to wait for your payments. This is the reason after researching for around 6 months, I decided to trade with Fxview and Fidelity. With them, I face no issues with trading and withdrawals.
Well, that’s true. When you can’t take your earned money easily, it gets frustrating. At times, you feel like you have made the wrong choice.
As a beginner, I have faced issues with withdrawals. Sometimes, I even felt like leaving to trade forever because I couldn’t find a way to get it sorted. That’s when I decided to only trade with regulated brokers like Fxview and Interactive Brokers so that my money is in safe hands and I don’t have to worry about withdrawals because my brokers won’t scam me.

Roger! Yes, you are absolutely right! Most brokers clearly mention what they will be offering. If a broker doesn’t, it will probably turn out to be a scam.
A broker is an important choice that you make while trading. Its features can make a huge difference in the profits that you make. So it’s always wise to think long and hard on the broker you’re going to be using.
I too spent a lot of time before settling for my brokers. I still have a few doubts about my brokers and so, I am looking for other options too.

Hey Shaun, there is no need to rush things. Trading is a long time process and the more time you spend on choosing a broker, the better the chances of finding a good broker are.

Hate to break it to you but I don’t think Fxview is regulated. Last time I checked, it’s not even based in the US or UK.

Hey Dennis! You know I missed a heartbeat when I read this because a good portion of my trading capital is in Fxview. So, yeah, it’s based in Cyprus and all but it’s regulated. And Frankly, I’m not complaining as long as I get my withdrawals in time.

i was baffled too, cysec and FCA are good ones to count as regulations for fxview, or any broker per say.

Just did some more digging, and Fxview offers something called ‘Negative balance protection’? What is that, is it like even if I bet against the tide, my balance will never be in minus?

Yeah, I guess that’s what that means. I’ve never been so careless with my capital that it stood a chance of going negative but to answer your question, yes, that’s what negative balance protection means.

That is right and I agree! Don’t know what I would’ve done without regulation. Can’t seem to put my trust just anywhere. Is that common?
Having a preference for a broker or regulation is more of a personal thing and it entirely depends on the trader so why not!

I prefer regulated broker. It gives maximum fund security in trading.

Idk I'm kind of okay with any broker. These things don’t matter to me much. Just the trading conditions ought to be right.

@Marlon But how good or bad a platform can turn out to be is another thing right. I mean you can’t just judge a broker based on your individual liking. There has to be more to account for, be it regulation, commission or even spreads. What brokers do you use?

I think we got off track here. That was not what I was implying. Of course these things matter otherwise why would people go for a broker in the first place. Their services and conditions do matter. As for me, I’ve been using Instaforex and Fxview because of their very tight spreads. The fact that they are regulated sure comes as a bonus.

So do I! It’s hard to go for just any broker. I have spent years working as an engineer to earn this money and I cannot put it with a broker that I cannot trust.

The time taken to withdraw funds depends on the funding method you have chosen. Some methods might take more than a day to process withdrawals. But as long as you are using reputable brokers, I don’t think this must be a matter of concern because you know that you will get your funds in the minimum possible time.

There can be a huge difference between what a broker claims and what it actually offers. Instead of going by what a broker is saying, you could maybe try some of them with low amounts to come to a conclusion. For me also, fast withdrawals are an important consideration, so I found Fxview and Pepperstone quite helpful in this regard. But it was only after I had used several other brokers who only made claims and did nothing like that.

Withdrawals can be processed on a day and you have your bank accounts credited same day. Most of the clients i trade for always have their accounts credited same day.

I don’t think there is any point in trading when you can’t even expect your broker to provide you with fund security. Most of us trade forex because we wanna make some extra cash on the side and if our broker can’t help us with our requirements, it’s better to look elsewhere.

As far as I know, most brokers process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. But the time required for the funds to be transferred to an account depends on what payment method the trader is using to fund their account.
