I opened a short from .90 you did well Aleixo if you were still Long going into the meeting.

I managed to open a long but I closed it at 0.9033 and now I'm thinking whether it's a good idea to open another one.

I'm still short, it started to weaken after the bullish move, sometimes the banks push it in the opposite direction then unleash big orders.

With the way it's rallying EUR/GBP could reach the previous high at 0.9300 next.

Eur/usd rejected the 200hr MA seeing some dip in Eur/gbp to ,we might catch a good level to go Long.

We have UK data out tomorrow ,Eur will probably slide up till that point ,US data on Friday ,I expect a break below 0.90 for now.

I'm a bit confused by EurGbp right now. Neither currencies look particularly week / strong. I'm focusing on other pairs

Its up 70 pips since midday ,not bad for a days trading, should get some clearer direction tomorrow with EU and US data.
JPY was the strongest NZD the weakest at NA open,market is a bit shaky with possible missile strikes at Guam.

Do you not think that it will retrace a bit over the american session and by the end of the week shoot up to near 91.000 levels to take out the stops of the commercials. It is getting to an area of historical resistance but I imagine there is many to be made by the Big players to shoot it up before a reversal.

With matters escalating between Trump and Kim Jong moves against the Euro should have less of an impact, Safer to be buying dips than taking shorts ,sentiment is Euro positive over GBP, today is the end of the week, any reversal should be short lived.
EUR/USD has made 3 attempts to break 17600 normally a push before any US data but today isn't a regular trading day.

Taking shorts on EUR/GBP is quite risky at the moment, the pair is bullish. I have a long, my TP is at 0.9140.

Yes it is risky but if we take careful measures like keeping a tight stop and sensible entry we can keep loss to a minimum, just be ready to close out on any meaningful support, it being market close in EU we shouldn't see much buying, maybe later when it gets cheaper.

Net longs still up on the COT data on Euro that was up till Tuesday though,will be keeping an eye on sentiment over the weekend,with Trump Vs Kim .

Tensions easing over the weekend with a few hints of behind the scenes talks going on, EUR/USD sticking around 18, stocks slightly up in Europe,EUR/GBP bouncing around looking more to the short side with this trade when the index is doing better usually an inverse but not always.
