imo a EA is not a solution to the problems a trader may face. Trading with a EA includes constant monitoring of its work and does not relieve the trader of his duties.
Manual trading and EA trading show different results in different market conditions, so it is impossible to determine a favorite.

what the nonsense are you talking about??? ea's specialy created so there is no need to monitor transactions with it. its aaways necessary to monitor with manual trading. but not with advisor.
dude, have you ever used ea at all? 😉 cause i have the feeling it's not.
sure you need buy a really high-quality advisor. it’s really hard to find one. but possible.
so in my opinion eas’ are much better then the manual trading.

hmm, any mechanism cannot exist completely without control. I know several traders who start in the same way as you say, with incredible profitability on the ea, but after a few months or weeks, the market behavior changes, the news background also affects and the ea stops working or brings a loss.

so my little Richi boy dont listen to poor traders who can't trade with ea. 😉 they dont know how to trade at all.

The fact is that traders want a miracle to happen and the EA would trade instead of them, multiplying the deposit effortlessly. Easy profit. They are looking for advisors, spend thousands of dollars to buy 'Really Cool EA 2020'. But it doesn't work like that, it's an utopia.

Of course I want an EA to trade instead of me. It's just one of the advantages, I can make money while I sleep, or lay on the beach. You need to thoroughly understand the EA, of course, and periodically update the set files, but that's nothing like being tied to your computer day after day manually trading. EAs also take the emotion out of trading. There's no comparison.

@tapixFX, You're wrong. I've seen Tony trades. I even saw the moments of opening and closing trades within all time. Both unprofitable and profitable. Of course I regret for the lost money. Generally, regret is the main companion in forex. I think there is no need to explain the whole risk of this business. You can't get away from it. Not so many fund managers give such chance to make money.
