Yes best is GBJPY spread is <1.0
Most main brokers are region of 0.3-0.7 for GBPJPY (IC, VantageFX, AXi, Hotforex, Tickmill, FPmarkets, GlobalPrime, etc)

For 10k account use 50k lot (5:1) base lot.
