What is the web site for this EA? I am seeing lots of different resellers out there with different prices. Please send me the correct web site. I see prices of $99, $299, $499, etc.

Come 1st December KangarooEA will have been on the market for two years.
We think this is anniversary is an apt time to close sales.

There will be no more sales of KangarooEA after the 1st December 2012.

Next Sunday the 23rd September we will be raising the sales price of KangarooEA on our webpage to $999 until close of sales.

If you know of anyone thinking of purchasing KangarooEA - let them know of this price rise and sales cut off date.

Your EA doesn't work on your nr. 1 suggested broker (Pepperstone). It simply skips trades. Are you aware of this?

Works fine. We run large accounts on Pepperstone and Kangaroo performs excellent there.

You can also run it on our other recommended brokers, we don't rank them as you suggest in your post.

Thanks.

Does NOT work on their new Edge servers and I am one of your customers, I know first hand. Your forum is full of people reporting exactly the same issue. You are an IB for Pepperstone, this is your recommended choice along FinFx, but Pepperstone is your nr. 1 choice (same broker you use to run the managed account), yet the EA keeps dodging trades here...

Have a look at our sales page (and to the replies we have given you on our forum).

We run Kangaroo very successfully on a Standard Pepperstone account (not EDGE).

EDGE is only 2-3 months live now and represents the new 'pricefeed' Pepperstone offers. It's as new to us as it is to you. So I do not think it's quite fair to blame us for something we have no knowledge/experience with. At the time we started Kangaroo (november 2010) Pepperstone only had the regular 'old' feed (Intergral) and we are still on that feed and Kangaroo performs great on it.

Final note: We picked FinFX, Colllective FX, Alpari etc also as good top brokers (see our blog posts and Broker section on our forum).

I don't blame anyone, I'm just presenting facts. It's a fact I bought a quite expensive EA, opened up an account with one of the preferred brokers, and have yet to get a trade. Well truth to be told I was an old client of Pepperstone already, and moved to this new datafeed as per suggestion... Too bad one is not allowed to switch back to their standard accounts once you move forward to the Edge. Can't you arrange something with them for your clients? Are you IBs for them or not? I really find it amusing that the EA doesn't function properly on one of your recommended brokers...

But then again, most other EAs do work on these EDGEs. There must be something wrong with your software as well, and I would urge you to find out what.

A simple google search shows it's not just Kangaroo that has problems with the new EDGE pricefeed. Lots of reports that other EAs don't perform/trade on that feed.

I will stop repeating myself, so here it goes one more time:

1. We run large accounts on the old Pepperstone feed with no problems
2. We could not foresee that EDGE was going to be a 'problem', no one could
3. We do recommend other brokers as well. I have listed those in my previous message but will list them again: Alpari, Collective FX, FinFX, etc.
4. If you don't like Kangaroo, and you're within 30 days of your purchase, we offer a full money back guarentee. We'd be happy to process that for you.

We have made Pepperstone aware of this issue and are awaiting their response.

None of my other EAs has problems on the EDGE, and I have coded some myself... anyway, people must know that the EDGE is incompatible (at least for the moment) with your robot and that they are not given the choice to open an account on the old servers, they are redirected to these EDGEs. So it is pointless that you reiterate how well you are doing on the old accounts, those are HISTORY - anyone joining Pepperstone from now on will get these new datafeeds.

It's not that I don't like Kangaroo, it's just that I can't tell... I would love to like it, if it only took some trades.

Will there be an update to this EA to justify the price doubling?
I'm an in the US and do not want to get stuck with a $500 EA and the brokers keep getting shut down for taking US customers.
Can this EA be used on my current FXDD broker?
Since its not really a scalper then why is it so important to have specific broker?
Does the broker have to be ECN/STP?

Any broker will work just fine except Pepperstone.

I think you need to contact Pepperstone HedgeEdge. Not sure what you expect a EA vendor to do about a broker's pricefeed.

If it makes any difference I have seen the same thing occurring since I moved to Edge on all my EAs (commercial and private). I am actually withdrawing my money from Pepperstone today because the new feed results in about 1/3rd less trades than on other brokers (FinFX for example - they used to be identical in trading).

If you read Donna's forum or SteadyOnFX forum you will notice a lot of people mentioning that Edge is missing trades on many different EAs - so its clearly a fundamental problem not related to a specific system.

I have contacted Pepperstone a number of times and their best suggestion was: contact the vendor. Duh!

I think the guys at Tulip should take down Pepper as one of the recommended brokers and stop the IB deal, until they fix the bugs with the datafeed. Just my 2 cents.

fx verified demo account at fxdd doesn't perform well. ECN data feed is recommended. try Finfx ecn pro accounts
