i already have myfxbook account, iam using chrome with active forextoolbar extention , because my isp block myfxbook.

If your ISP blocks myfxbook, please try using FF browser and follow the below steps:
Tools > Advanced > Network > Settings > Manual proxy configuration (Radio button)
HTTP Proxy: 108.163.193.212 Port: 8080

As ALWAYS...broker enables connection WHEN the competition starts. And not any time sooner.
There is no fix, except PATIENCE. ;)

Step 1: Register for an account at myfxbook.com
Step 2: Click on Contests
Step3: Fill in the form
Step 4: Your login details will appear in the box. You can also download the platform from this screen
