Andrew who manages our support desk answers all incoming e-mails within hours. Even on weekends most e-mails are answered within a half day. Your claim that you didn't receive any reply within 9 days is plain simple incorrect.

PS: As I told you in my last e-mail. Refunds can be only processed accordance with our terms and conditions. They are the same for all clients and there are no exceptions for 'If you don't refund my order I will blackmail you' folks.

Right ... Please check my print screen from my inbox. Other proofs can be picked from my skype chats ... How I sent you messages and no reply from your side even I'm seeing you online!!! ... Asking you at least 2 times to send me the EA after I did the payment. Then when I get the point that you got bad customer service that I can't rely on it, I asked for refund ... All this archived at my PC, not for intention, but I used to archive everything to get to it back when I need it.

Please check the attached image.

Also, please kindly, don't block me for the second time. I can post here again whenever I need to do that :)

Same here, I always received an answer within hours.

Forex21 support is great and I don't think that they answer to everybody but not to you.

You purchased the EA, we sent you the download links and as it looks like you didn't receive the e-mail, we resend the e-mail. Again, I was looking to the conversation history and can say that everything was done absolutely correct from our side.

Registering multiple MyFxBook accounts for spamming, sending us 'If you don't pay me money I will post all day long BS about you' will not change the facts.

I understand that you are unhappy but more then offering you every possible support and assistance, I cannot do. Again, if you have any questions about setup or usage of the software, please do not hesitate to contact our support desk at any time.

more 60 pips up on audnzd and my account is gone...i can't go more than 14 levels. This kind of EA needs huge account balance, so if you don't have one, stay damn far away from EA that use grid/martingale strategies.

That's bad news. You don't need to use large amounts of money for this EA when you use mini, micro or cent accounts. Those account types are excellent for small deposits.

Running the EA on it's absolute risk limit and without 'max loss' limitation is always a bad idea because if you do that, it really can lead to nasty situations.

Hi,
I set EA on low risk as advised by vendor and today the account is blown!!!
I do not want this EA. Please refund money back. I will write an e-mail to get refund as agreed before purchase.
