But, why as a downline sells registered point (RT) to upline, and upline will charge downline 3%? this is nothing related with bank administration fee? and what ridiculous is, the upline sells the RT to other downline and he charge another 3% to that downline. WTF, by doing this, the upline take profit up to 6%!! Can you explaine to me? Thank you
