Is it really that hard to make an EA that makes DD <15%?

I would say not really. It would be a balance of profits and drawdown. You can lower down your lot sizes to lower down the drawdown but it also affects the profit. If you want a bigger profits from your system, then of course, you need to either trade bigger lot sizes or trade more.

I agree, but my account has a profit of Monthly: 17.12% which is great with Drawdown: 6.99% in my opinion. I thought of such accounts to be shown here

Then good for you. Hope it will continue. I don't have an account to flex really at this moment. My first account has more than 50% drawdown which I got when I had lower funds when I started and it just got some profits. 2nd account is only few weeks old. You can see it on my profile.
