By replying to this comment, we want to update you and all other myfxbook users that we receive numerous emails to our support email everyday from clients showing interest in our product and services.
But we are not obliged to reply to all emails and also, we are not obliged to provide any service to anyone. That is completely our decision.
After we receive emails in our support email, our support carefully does risk analysis of each contact considering various aspects which we can't discuss publicly and after that if they decide to provide any service or deal with the client, then they reply to the email very quickly. It is a kind of verification which every email contact goes through before receiving a reply.
Otherwise, most of the emails are just ignored and our support replies to only specific emails of clients with whom they want to deal with. Since our time is valuable and hence, we don't simply want to waste our time in replying to emails when we don't want to deal with a client for whatever reason.
Our support usually replies to emails very quickly maximum within 24 to 48 hours and hence, if anyone contacted to both of our support emails and has not received any reply within 24 to 48 hours, then it means that we are not interested to deal with you in anyway.
We thought to mention regarding this,because some people keep sending emails repeatedly even after we ignore the emails.
