This is how all good vendors should treat their loyal customers... Thank you very much! 😎
This shows a number of things, including:
- the vendor has good confidence in his product - and quite possibly makes profits 'trading' rather than 'selling'!
- the vendor has good morals and integrity, returning favor to the buyers who showed faith in purchasing their product.

Vendor kindness is no replacement for EA performance!
Although I was pleasantly surprised at the vendor's gesture, it is a mere 'token' effort if the EA does not do what it is supposed to do (namely 'make money'). My backtests have been less than satisfactory, and I have sought assistance from the vendor.
But for now this EA is no longer my priority. It may work for some but hasn't worked for me. You can see order times are very small - average trade length is noted at 34 minutes, but take a quick look at the statement and you will see many at 0s. Some call this a tick scalper, and this kind of EA is extremely broker-dependant.

It is not true that we have not provided assistance. So far we have not received a response back. Trades with time 0s is not true. When you trade with a duration of 12s Myfxbook will show 0s. Myfxbook counted after 1 minute.

I think Synergy FX might not be a bad broker to try this one, last time I looked their spreads for gold weren't too bad. It's ASIC regulated also. Good luck.

does not work you will incur losses most of the time its not fault of the EA its the slippage which the brokers causes during volatile period.
