How to use multiple synchronized charts"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Myfxbook Backtest supports multiple charts within the same session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This allows you to analyze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One symbol on several timeframes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several related symbols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A higher timeframe for market direction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A lower timeframe for trade entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correlated or inversely correlated markets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All charts are synchronized to the same simulated market time. Advancing the replay on one chart advances the other charts as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opening a multi-chart layout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the chart-layout control in the top-right toolbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the required layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a symbol and timeframe for each chart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begin or continue the replay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, you could analyze the same symbol using:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>H4 \u2192 H1 \u2192 M15 \u2192 M5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The H4 chart can be used to identify the broader trend, while the M15 or M5 chart can be used to locate an entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Symbol limit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A single backtest can use up to <strong>five simultaneous unique symbols<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening the same symbol on several timeframes still counts as one unique symbol. For example, EUR\/USD on H4, H1, M15 and M5 uses only one of the five available symbol slots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before placing a quick BUY or SELL order, confirm that the correct chart and symbol are active.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Myfxbook Backtest supports multiple charts within the same session.
