Couple of comments.....

Nice equity curve, hoewever, I note that there are no trading costs associated with this account. Presumably you are trading a much bigger account with The Collective and the costs are consolidated into that account in accordance with your tier fee. Would that be correct?

It is also noted that this account has been running for some four months and, although profitible(apart from costs).....the return is barely sufficient to cover the subsription to this EA. Would it be fair to say that the absolute minimum viable account balance for this EA is $2000(assuming a reasonable return for the trader is the same as the monthly cost of the EA).

Yes. This is just a small account to show live trading results. It does not make economic sense for us to put any more money into this account then necessary as a demonstration because it would be better off in our portfolio account allowing it to be used by all our EAs.

Yes. Having a $500 account is not going to cover your subscription. Points worth noting are - the EA didn't trade from the 20th to the 9 of January, December and January are quiet months, and with the new EURUSD pair the expected returns are now double.

When will your track records be verified?

They were verified, however we changed the investor password which I think might have seen the track record verification be lost in MyFxBook.

We will get it organised to display the green tick again.

there are differences between my account and yours ...

made 3 trades yesterday losers .....and none positive in AUD / USD

While in your account just 2 losers and 4 positive ... is that your account is manipulated in myfxbook? because the trades did not make ea positive in my account if you have up to 6 max trades?

I send mail but you not you answer...

me the same. but no, they can't manipulate myfxbook. something happened. but still don't know what. today s/l hit, with big loss. i'm sad.

pc8. its dangersou like any other system. i wouldnt neccissarily say its an account blower though. It has good accuracy. BUt yeha.. when the DDs strike. They are intense.

It just proofed that all the hype and overpricing was never justified..

Fortunately I managed to avoid all of the stop losses myself.
Hopefully Tulip FX will have some success in implementing the new safety features. Their product seems to be very good, relative to the Forex EA world.
It's always going to be a risky business, but as long as they continue actively developing and improving, I'll be hanging around.

I'm just a little suprised that the news filter was not already being utilised to affect already open trades. I'm very far from an expert, but it seems like a no-brainer to me.

Well, it seems just like any EA, you gotta let it run so that it can recover from its losses. Surprise, surprise. Anyway. I had trouble with SLs for a while. i believe i figured out the problem. i talked to the developers and found out that it is dependent on get a reliable stream of tick data. I was doing 2 things wrong. #1-running it from my home computer instead of my VPS. #2-running it on a broker that smooths the data feed (fxopen). I am going to be moving it to my VPS shortly. I believe that will help immensely.
