FPA is waiting for you to respond.

Hello,
Please just analyze how exactly we (and personally me) spoke to people, how we build sentences and you will see, that it is not our style. We even have no corporate account at FPA at the moment (but sure we will in the near future). I understand you're angry, but we have nothing to do with the written statement on the FPA.

AND THE MAIN THING - As I can see, this message was created on November 24 (Sunday). You have written the first message here (to us) on November 26. I hope you understand that we can't write it after we 'didn't like' your message.

You haven’t written anything that would be made us angry or something. Discussion about the risks of systems is the most trivial conversation for us, it's typical thing.
Please do not blame us unreasonably for what we did not do.

About your message above, I see that you have not read my message (answer) carefully (maybe you were angry and thought we made the claim at FPA). Yes, it was risky trading (Now not much, only 30% risk). Yes, we write about it on our website. Yes, we don't offer such trading to our investors - we have another account with normal risk. Please read carefully. Possibly you are the professional (unfortunately, we do not see your trading statistics to make sure of this), but I will not be measured with you who is cooler in Forex. We are not for this here and I hope you too 😄

You opened a false claim with FPA, stating that you have financial documents and transaction records which are clearly falsified.

READ the thread on your own FPA claim against me.

Your false FPA claim has proven this.

FPA is waiting for your response, as is my attorney.

If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a scam! Let the buyer beware.

FACT: HERE is the fraudulent claim you opened with FPA in retaliation for my post to you on MYFXbook.com

The entire claim and all posts are available here:
https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/professional4x-account-manager-scammer.62739/

As you can clearly see, you've stated a multitude of false claims.

(EVERYONE SHOULD PLEASE GO READ THE INFORMATION ON THE FPA CLAIM.)

You claim bank records where there are none.
You claim transactions where there are none.
You clearly stated 'Be careful, stay away - this is a crook, a thief, and a liar !!!!'

I could go on, but you've actually broken a number of serious laws here.

Financial crimes against a Federally operated and regulated credit union is an extremely serious crime.

I spoke with our family attorney today (Yes on Thanksgiving) and we would very much like to speak with you about these matters and false allegations that you've made.

In addition we would very much like to discuss your possession and manufacturing of falsified financial records, as will the Navy Federal Credit Union, as they would have record of your alleged financial transactions.

Furthermore the MyFXBook message shows no records of your claimed 'internal emails' and other 'financial transactions'. This is easily verified by MyFXBook by simply looking at their messaging logs.

Your possession of falsified financial records including falsified money transfer receipts, is an extremely serious criminal matter.

Resolve these matters immediately and I will let this go.

Admit you're wrong, apologize, and walk away.

I didn't even know about the FPA claim until you posted the link to me say that you made the claim.

You posted the FPA claim link in a message here on MyFXBook. In addition you posted the link to my profile page twice and to the Scammers recognition threads on this website. I've removed your posts, however the database keeps internal records as proof.

FPA awaits your response, as does my attorney.

We have never sent you such the message that you described: 'I didn't even know about the FPA claim until you posted the link to me say that you made the claim.'. If there are was such a message, you could post it here. If you deleted it (how we could we know that you deleted it and will not show it here??), you can find it's copy in your email box, check it out - I am trying to help you to find the truth. You will see, that we didn't send you anything like that. Moreover, if we sent something like that, would we then publicly say the opposite, knowing that you have evidence? Please enable logic in your mind.

We already heard so much unfounded accusations from you. I will wait when you understand everything and apologize to me and our company.

It also proves that this claim was created much earlier than we have met with you at myfxbook.
I see that you are in such a state that you cannot assess the situation maturely. Please study all the facts carefully. Ask someone to help you.

Wow! I see so many offtopic here from last discussion. I'm not really delved into the whole conversation, but you look weird, bro Professional4X.

Why Professional4X 'look weird'? Aren't you able to follow reasonable arguments? I know Professional4X for some time and he always tries to educate members to avoid trading scams.

You haven't been around lately.

Well, I thought I didn't read carefully what Professional4X written, but look like it's you didn't read it. He slandered the controlfx that they wrote deceitful review to Professional4X at FPA (without any proofs). And I do not defend the vendor, but he brought the right evidence about the date of posts - Professional4X wrote a review at controlforex after the person who made bad feedback at FPA. Obviously, the vendor couldn't write that bad feedback at FPA because of Professional4X write his post previously here.

But Professional4X continues not read anything and just write all the time the same things... That is why he is weird! I think all that he wrote, in fact, concerned his affected feelings and not this trading system.
