To anyone thats following this account, I tried to be too clever and I fucked up this week, apologies and I wont do it again ! The account still has 5k and Ill keep working it, the balance will be back up shortly. No more fk ups !

Mate, I love IS 5. I ran it for 3 months on demo flat out, loads of pairs, loads of combo's. Literally the best was GJ everytime. Small lots and mean reversion is the answer.
With XAUUSD, it always gets caught in the wrong direction with a large DD. I changed to 'Long Only'
Yep, I had no success with gold at all. Your lots have to be so small, then you gotta hold them for ever. Ill stick with GBPJPY
His IS Best Gold has been much better.
