Identify your strengths and weaknesses on charts and in your brain. Recognize what you are doing wrong, then completely stop doing it. Recognize what you are doing right, then keep repeating that over and over again. Document everything so that you can keep looking back to get a better understanding. That’s how you develop a strategy.
