This broker is a THIEVE! I STRONGLY recommend not opening an account with the broker unless you are looking to lose your deposit. Without notice, Real Trader would cancel your profit trades and claim your trade are outside of their policy (which I provided trade logs proving they were not), but it’s interesting they only cancel the Profit trade and not the Loss Trades.

I have an account since 2012 in realtrader.org broker,
now, my balance is $7400 and profit/loss is -5500,
from Nov 2013 I change my trading method and i decrease Loss from -12000$ to -5500$
but about 3 months, Broker does not any response to my request and my emails,
broker blocks my money and ignore me,
I attached full detail statements, plz help me.

they have just cancelled 3 of my most profitable trades, whic wasn't against their policy They did it without any notification. They are doing what they want with client's money. Don't use this broker, don't deposit big money to them as you will no see it anymore. I earned 14%, now is -1%

The only disadvantage of this broker is order limit of 10 pips for all pairs and also the platform doesn't allow you to edit or close a position if the market price is closer than 10 pips to your TP or SL ... so you have to either accept the predefined order to be hit by market or let the market price distance to be more than 10 pips off your TP or SL to close the position manually. This is teasing sometimes.
The customer service, withdrawal process (for online payments) and order execution are near excellent. Fixed spread even at news.
