I have been tying Andromex on Metatrader 4 since the contest started. I must say, I am completely unimpressed with them in ALL aspects! The first thing I noticed is that with every trade you open, the trade is not opened at the Bid/Ask price when you execute a market order. Every single SELL ORDER I placed was opened JUST BELOW THE BID PRICE QUOTED, and every single BUY ORDER ws opened JUST ABOVE THE ASK PRICE QUOTED. This is total crap!
I have been using Alpari-UK, FXPro and MB Trading for 3 years now. On each of them I always get filled at the BID/ASK price they quote me - both on their Demo and Live servers.
In my own personal opninion this practice is dishonest from Andromex, since the prices they quote is not the prices that you get. On this basis alone I wil NOT TOUCH ANDROMEX in any way as far as opening a real account. I don't even want to know what their 'customer service' and deposits/withdrawls will be like if they are blatantly dishonest with the quotes prices.
For this reason they get a BIG FAT ZERO in all aspect from me!!!
I am not one to just complain about everything. I believe in a fair chance to prove yourself. Unfortunately Andromex today demonstrated that they could not care less. In the current competition sponsored by Andromex, at around 13:47 GMT, their echange servers stopped sending out price quotes to the competition contestants on all currency pairs, except the EUR/USD and XAU/USD pairs.
Now I can understand that from time to time technical errors creep in, but what gets me is that they completely ignore all queries from the contestants as to what is going on. No response from them to any support queries. This is very unprofessional, and it basically answers the 'customer service' question in my previous post. Not the way to go about getting new customers.
Yeah, and the only way of contacting them is the 'live chat' on their website. I wrote to this 'live chat' and got a reply 9 hours (!) later: Sorry for the inconvenience in your side.
There seems like server peoblem at that moment. we have checked the server and there is no problem currently.

As I understand, many people got stuck with their open orders and lost a lot of (virtual) money. Now imagine it was a real money. You can't close or modify your orders, there is nobody you can call, just sitting and watching your losses mount. How cool is that?
So, the best advice: never put any real money to Andromex account!!!
