I switched to BROCO (I use BROCO TRADER' for my charting and for my trading now for over a year after very poor experiences with a Swiiss Broker.
I find this Broker to be the most innovative broker using MT4. You can trade fixed spread and/or variable spreads with BROCO TRADER MT4. I know very experienced Fund managers who will use BROCO TRADER demo accounts for their charting.
I have not tried to pull out money. But I am actually with Broco through their US representative in Florida, who has helped me well so far with any questions. I have also managed to talk to them via Skype in Cyprus, where my account is located.

i always get them on the online consulting link, which is there online chat. very responsive and always helpful. never had problems with any of my trades

I heard about them a lot, I've tried the demo, order execution is very fast.
What I don't like about this broker, is the lack communication.
They were not responded when I try to connect to their skype or email.

One of the top Russian brokers but never had the chance to try them out. 😭

Quality ... i like them and if you use an IB then great rebates
