I signed up at the beginning of 2018 and I am happy earning cashback.
Some things you should know (not issues just so you understand how they work):
Firstly, you need to accumulate $100 of cashback before you can make a withdrawal, and this limit is per broker account. So if, like me, you have your capital spread across several brokers and accounts it can take a while for the individual accounts to reach the $100 limit. So for my larger. more heavily traded accounts I am already withdrawing money, but the small accounts have yet to reach that limit. It would be much more convenient if they would aggregate all the cashback into one pot.
Secondly, your cashback is only available for withdrawal once the broker has handed over the money to PayBackFX. So for one of my brokers (FxPro) the money is paid monthly, and about a month in arrears (i.e. I was not able to withdraw the cashback for my March trading until April 30.)
Thirdly, you will need to provide proof of identity to withdraw the money. So make sure you open the account in your real name!
However, once you have money available and completed the id check, the withdrawal the process is very simply. I had the money in my PayPal account the next working day.
