It seems to me that it is worth paying attention to both options. Only in this way there is a chance to get a more positive result at the end of the training.

The purpose is to learn. Books, courses, etc, choose whatever medium you are comfortable with learning. Personally, I prefer learning from video lessons as they are more concise.

It seems to me that it is worth using all available sources to gain knowledge. And you can use any convenient form for work.

There are various smart choices available on the go now, like online free courses that include great textual and graphics and videos combined. So choose the medium that helps you gain a deeper understanding as per your interest. Knowledge is all across.
Everybody here has suggested me to start with learning. So I just want to clarify if watching videos is enough or should I go for some finance books?

Books take a lot of time to wrap up, and it is not easy to be consistent when you don’t have a good reading habit. So, I rely more on watching videos since they are more precise and accurate with technical implementations.

You can learn by watching tutorials and reading books and articles. However, if you are looking for practical knowledge, sign up for a demo account and begin practising.

For me, reading helps more in understanding the concept and using it practically.

For me both books and videos were effective when I was learning about forex trading. It depends upon you totally. If books are enough for you then stick to them. If not, diversify your learning resources. You can also join forums to connect with traders all across the world.

Both are good but I prefer learning from videos, but everyone has a different outlook. So, it depends on which medium is quicker to hold your attention so you can retain information. Anyway, to survive in this market, you need to be patient. Checkout the pipsology course on BabyPips, if you like. Good luck!

Both modes of learning are important and useful. It is up to the trader to decide how he wants to gain or improve knowledge. Though, what matters more is how eager you are to learn and how much time you devote to doing so.

Both are amazing sources to learn from, read and then watch videos so you can understand the main points to keep in mind. There are many books available, one such book written by Marc Levinson called, ‘The Economist Guide to Financial Markets’ is a great read to start with. Good luck!

Both learning methods can be effective depending on what you are comfortable with. You may select any of them. However, because practical education is more important, do not skip practising on a demo account.

Exactly! It is more important to practice on a demo account. For trading education, I usually turn to books.

Both of these formats can be found easily and serve their respective purposes. What works best for one learner may not work at all for another.

Both books and videos can be useful for learning about forex trading. It ultimately depends on the individual's learning style and preferences. Some may prefer the in-depth, written explanations and examples provided in books, while others may find videos more engaging and easier to understand. Both resources can offer valuable insights and information for those interested in learning about the forex market.

I think you need to learn from both mediums as a beginner. However, the visual medium will always be superior. If you try to learn the same trading concept by reading a book and then watching a video, then you will see that it is much easier to learn from a video. Still, many people including myself would prefer to read books instead. So, it is just a matter of personal preference in the end.

I prefer videos rather than books. Because the visual medium is always better and easier to learn and understand.
