kb means kilobytes,the number below your screen on the left of MT platform that shows up- and downloaded bytes.
to show all available pairs open market window where all pairs are showed,right click on them and choose"show all"
there you see from USD CHF.ecn to XAUS USD.ecn.when you dont see ecn pairs you are not ligged in to the contest account .the data to login for contest you should received per email from octafx

hi
1. when you got two green triangles beside the kb number your line is ok
2.when your charts doesnt load and says wait for update you need to open the charts from the market window.
f ex EUR USDecn,not EUR USDmicro.
right click on the currency pair you need the chart from,choose open new chart(now you should already see a black chart with green bars) ,take the template you like and watch it running.
