Yes but it also requires some skill set. You don’t just get profits out of working hard only. There has to be some balance between learning and developing the necessary skills to trade. One needs to analyse the margin risk carefully, and know how to use stop loss, like price + trigger price, or just the trigger. There’s so much to it that some traders take years to know it all and still don’t get it, while others understand the complex price mechanisms quickly.
You’re not wrong. What I meant was that you can’t really make any profits without putting your efforts into it. Sure, the skills are important and it is not easy to make money without them. I agree.

Forex is great for making some money and the trick is to effectively use leverage. If you have to make profits, you’ll have to risk more. I believe in working smart and that’s the way I work with my other investments too. Like for trading forex I first determine the position size and use the customizing options of Acttrader (in terms of colors and shapes) which helps me in a better use of indicators that I use for ascertaining whether to go long or short on fxview and avatrade’s acttrader trading platform.

That’s interesting. I usually keep my leverage low. Can’t work with high leverage, too risky for me.

That is right. It is very difficult to find the right place where every requirement is fulfilled. Not at all easy.

Agreed, taking risk is something one cannot avoid in trading, but managing that risk is what is important to become victorious.
