EUR/USD continued to show weakness today and broke 1.23. Now bears are aiming another round number and will test 1.22 very soon.

Since last Wednesday the EUR/USD is trading within tight range. The upside remains capped by the 1.23 level and despite the short term neutral outlook, the risk leans toward the downside.

I am generally still negative on EURUSD. It has been moving upwards from the lows but for me the long term view is downwards and I am seeing this as a good time to sell

EUR/USD is trading within narrow range, defined by the 100-day SMA around 1.2340 and the 20-day SMA at 1.2310. The pair is on wait and see mode ahead of Fed Powell’s testimony.

EUR/USD shows hesistation at the support area 1.2205 – 1.2170. The post-Powell sentiment prevail and if bears found no reason to feel comfortable in this zone, may try to move to the south by testing the January’s low at 1.2164 which if broken will provide next target at 1.2100.

EUR/USD turned bearish and again is hovering around the 1.24 hurdle which will be broken to the dowside very soon and next targer for the bears is seen at 1.2350.

EUR/USD reversed sharply after Draghi’s press conference and marked daily low at 1.2303. Now the 1.23 area is critical for the pair as it’s acting as immediate support. In case of breaking it to below next target for the bears will be 1.2280.
