Please contact support and explain them your problem. We not have any loss trades during last weeks. It seems that you use incorrect settings or maybe other problem. Today we got a lot of kind messages concerning last GPS Robot trades.

I have been talking with support for over a year. They said that you have amazing trading results, but in my trading using the GPS robot all the money from my trading account was lost for the market ...
The support service sent me a picture with the words: look, we earned 60% here, and looking at this screenshot, it is hardly possible to draw any conclusions about the settings.

From which email address you have sent your messages? We have perfect trading results during long time and on this screen shot one of our trading accounts.
Moreover support never hide anything and always help users. I don't know what happened in your concretely case, maybe you used incorrect settings or changed them like you prefer and you got unexpected results but if you will provide email address I will have possibility to check it.
By the way, I see in your myfxbook statement that you really used incorrect settings. With correct settings you even should not have such trade on USDCHF. Support will never recommend to use such settings on USDCHF trading pair and again, we still provide perfect trading results and today was closed on more profitable trade which generated on our account near $1,100.
So I can say that problem for your case is solved and you blame robot because of your own mistakes.

I can't say the EA is losing one as I have no experience with it.
The truth is that EAs do behave differentlly on different brokers/feeds/account types.
To avoid such problem when master is profitable while follower is not I have developed system which mirrors trades from master to follower in real time. Sllipage is minimal and works both ways so my followers get the same profit as I do.

We used GPS Robot with more than 30 different brokerages and with all of them results were absolutely the same. Maybe some small difference but in general results the same. Not like one got huge loss but other always in profits. The same for demo and real money accounts (if your real money account not a huge like several millions because you will always have delays in execution with such values).
Currently we not use so many brokers but we have huge number of users with different brokers and if they use correct settings results always fine and profitable. There are a lot of traders who can do something wrong but they will never say that it was their fault, they always will say that it was robot, broker, weather etc. Moreover users always will have some doubts, we provide verified accounts they say that this is fake, we provided investor access to 4 different brokers they said that this is impossible, when they opened account and started their own trading they finally start to get profitable results with GPS Robot and after that they send us messages with apologises and they change their reviews from 1 star to 5 stars. There are always will be some sort of 'stories' and this is a reason why I don't like to answer on forums. But as I already said only forward tests, only real money accounts, only long term results (5-7 years).

Hello Mark,
The support service asked me to give them access to my virtual server on which the GPS robot was installed, I completely provided the necessary data to access the VPS, however, after two weeks the account was completely destroyed.
You have my messages in which I repeatedly sent my email address, it corresponds to the address that was specified when registering on the site gpsforexrobot.com
If the problem were solved, I would not write my posts here right now.

On the first look: nice and consistent.
On the second look: very risky.
Why not just implementing an SL of -20 or -50pips and leave it running like that, instead of opening huuge trades into the other direction after a loss of more than 90pips (see screenshots from your history)?
And why not withdraw some of the profits? You already made more than 500k in profits, after depositing 100k. I'd already have withdrawn a minimum of 100k from the account (not at once, but maybe each month a small part of it (like 12x 10k or so)).
Just some ideas here; don't wanna complain. 😉

I'm sorry but you provide absolutely incorrect information. No one from tech support staff will not set such settings to UCH, EG and moreover to GU trading pairs which I see in your statement. If you think that we have few clients so sorry but you are wrong. We have thousands of clients and VPS connections and we check a huge number of VPS servers everyday and for all our users all works fine but you say that after our connection you got such settings which I see in your account. With all responsibility I can say that this is not true.
Concerning your claim about our conversation. This is not an email service and for the current moment I have in my Inbox section more than 40 pages of conversations with different users, this is almost 500 threads with different users. So I hope you understand that it's not easy to find anything and moreover I don't remember that you repeatedly (like several times) sent me your email. In any case I'm really sad to see such messages from you because support will not set such settings which I see but you said that they installed everything for you during connection to your VPS. These are absolutely incorrect settings especially for unstable markets and I'm 100% sure that you set it by yourself.
In any case I really don't want to continue the conversation because all my answers here it's just one more excuse for the new 'attack' from the new user and his imagination and his complete lies in some cases.
