Hello! All settings is default except risk - we use 20%. Well, slippage on the SL depends on your broker, usually it has no slippage. Yes in case of TP or SL all trades will be closed.

Hello! Our system automatically determine GMT and work correctly with any broker with any GMT.

SL parameter is frequently altered between values 1.05767 and 1.15187 which can not be considered a productive workload.

Broker disabled trading on my account which resulted in a $3000 loss. This EA is a nightmare at the moment and once again it has cost me money. I am not sure if this EA will ever be safe to trade.

100% Correct and I doubt the coder will be refunding me my losses? 😡

I lost too 5k seen like the same loss that happened few months ago in May repeating again.

I did, but then an update followed with the solution to the issue supposedly corrected, so I purchased the additional upgrade to the 'Full' version, which was kindly given at a discounted rate, and ran a demo for a while. All seemed well so I started trading it again, but as per my post above, there is obviously a bug in the software that caused the issues in my previous post which ensured that the broker then disallowed live trading on my account, resulting in the losses of over $3000 as the martingale was then unable to trade its way out of the DD it had created for itself.
Account details here, but note there is more than one EA in test on the account, although the account has now been re-enabled by the broker as FXCharger has been removed.

So in conclusion, I gave it another chance, it failed because of an issue in the code which I have no control over whatsoever and cannot verify that it will be corrected?

Until there is concrete proof that the EA is running and the code has been corrected so that the EA can run on a proper broker correctly, I have to once again, forsake this EA. 😐

How does your broker know you are running this particular EA on your account? I thought EA's are local to your computer.

They have no idea what EA I am using unless it writes comments that include its name, which this one does.
The trades were stopped by the broker purely based on the errors the EA was causing on the platform!

Uhhh, that's bad.
Was it really because of errors or of the higher margin requirements because of ESMA's leverage cut?
It's definitely an issue, if martingale are stopped half way thru.

No issue with margin, it was the faulty code which caused the broker to suspend trading of the EA.

Interesting that it would look like the Forex Peace Army LIVE test suffered the same fate I did?

Hello! Yes, we are really sorry for that inconvenience. We had improved the reliability of Drawdown control in EA, but it caused a bug. However, we had fixed it in couple of days, when found it out.

Thank you, but that does not give me back the $3000 lost because of the bug. How do you plan to compensate for that, if at all?
Maybe there is another version or an upgrade you could offer to compensate for the loss?

Please accept my apologies once again. You are first one from all our customers who faced with such problem, that broker blocked your account. Yes, there are was a bug (that was solved in couple of days), but usually brokers not so greedy and don't block the account so quickly. You're out of luck with the broker. Talking about compensations and other things, please contact our support department, because as I know, you didn't send us all required data for analysis, so we could help you.

Hi! As you can see, I gave you expanded answer, but you saw only couple of words. As I already mentioned no one from our customers didn't get such ban from brokers because of frequent modefing of trades - the same was at some of our accounts. Yes, the problem was from our side (but this is a petty problem), but broker made the loss to you, because he did not want to spend on you an additional 0.1% of the power of his server - it's a pity.

Nope, I saw all your words, but passing the blame to my broker and suggesting that I was the only person that runs your EA that had this issue, well that's just............. enough said.
